Version: The Conquerors
For the new version these things where done (apart of many, many other little modifications):
-bugfixing
-improved strategy
-improved performance
-improved rushes
-new attack type
-new strategy for the Aztecs and Mayans -> The Eagle-warrior rush (just play a 1v1 on a tiny map and if you have luck your enemy duke will choose this strategy ;) )
-many, many more things

The AI uses an SN called “save-scenario-information”; this saves a file to your “Learn” folder of the AoK directory when you use the AI in a custom scenario. Upon playing this custom scenario for the second time the game will crash because it tries to load the saved information from the learn folder. There are two fixes, look in the AI and edit out the line “save-scenario-information” for a permanent fix. Or open the “learn” folder and delete any files found there, but you need to do this each time you play the scenario.

SaracenBey I'm having a problem getting this to work. The AI assigns one villager to gathering berriers or killing sheep, uses the other two vills to scout, and doesn't use the scout cav.
General Azzlol Nicely done,but some things could be improved as you already know and i wish you luck making those improvements.

Darkjedilarry ok, this ai looks really good to play against, so i download it, put all the stuff into the ai folder, but when i go to the drop down menu to select the ai on the set up screen for the random map game, it dosent appear, even though some others that i have from campaigns ive downloaded do. some other ai files have the same problem, they work in the campaigns they came with, but when i compared whats in the menu to whats in the ai folder, some of the stuff isnt in the menu. I have the mac, and if this is one of those "shoot-yourself-in-the-head" mac version only bugs im gonna break my disc in half.....any help?

It doesn't show up on the on the editor or on the standard scenario drop down list.

I've got it in the ai folder, and the main files folder there as well.

It does show in the editor, click 'Players', select a player top left below and select the AI under 'Personality'.
insectoped I should have read the comments before mine, because my problem is EXACTLY the same as Darkjedilarry's problem, and I have a mac.
Nick6554 Hey... just a quick question... I love all these AI scripts and the challenges they add to AoE gameplay... and I'm just wondering if there's a way to get it to work for multiplayer... I tried (and failed... obviously) to play some COOP AoE with my brother the other day and I noticed these custom AIs seem to only work singleplayer :( too bad...

If any of you have the answer please say something :D.

TheLaughingMule Check out the AoKH Scenario Design and Modding forum. I think it is possible if the AI's are part of a custom multiplayer scenario. The answer may be in the FAQ thread.
