HI there, I\'m sorry for the inconvenience Tactical AI 1.2 gave, I\'ve updated it
immediately and it should work now.

Tactical AI 1.3 is a tough AI that works at 100% now. I\'ve improved
the Economic system and more strategic-numbers and I\'ve also fixed a problem
with the mining-camps in the Imperial age.

This AI doesn\'t cheat, unless you make it cheat by sending taunt 30 within 5 minutes

which will bring you total destruction.
I think some pro\'s might have some trouble taming the attacks
so I\'d say this AI is worth downloading.

ALSO: sending taunt 26 within 10 minutes will let you control the attacks of your allies.
after sending taunt 26, keep sending taunt 16 to give the direct attack order.
Taunt 26 is a taunt to tell the cp you\'re in control, taunt 16 is the attack order.

sending taunt 11 (only when allied cp is in Imperial age) will tell the cp
to build a mining-camp near a stone mine.

sending taunt 29 will tell the cp to make the town-size bigger (only when allied cp is in

I played the previous version of Tactical AI, and v1.3 is a vast improvement upon its precurser. The SN's have been given an overhaul, and its economic system has also improved. It also makes fairly extensive use of taunts (for instance, typing in the taunt 30 before the five minute mark will make the AI cheat). However, I think this file still has many more bad points then good. The first time I played it was on a non-rush forest map, on standard settings. I decided not to let it cheat. Tactical's first (read: only) attack came at around 30 minutes, consisting of three archers and a battering ram. I think it must have actually done 100 damage to one of my walls before I repulsed the attack. I then went to the imperial age, and then started using the nasty multiplayer tactic of raiding with hussars. The hussars were astoundingly effective, as Tactical didn't even bother to protect his dear villagers. Tactical had built some walls, but they had some rather obvious holes that allowed my hussars to slip through into his base. Tactical tried to counter my hussars using some un-upgraded archers. Not surprisingly, this didn't work. The game was over by the 50 minute mark. I had not lost a single man. I was a bit puzzled by this, why had Tactical performed so badly? I played it again on Arabia, with the same result. Tactical never built anything except archers, no matter which civilisation or map. Despite the author extolling that it is unbeateable in the Imperial age, I was able to knock it flat with some trebuchets and paladins. This AI plays too badly for me to recommend to anyone except novices.

Lord Fadawah, please let me explain what occured when you were playing. 1st of all: You're playing the AOC which may influence the performance, 2nd: It works better in multiplayer and it makes a BIG difference, honestly, I have never been able to beat it in multiplayer. In single player it's easier... It certainly isn't the best AI around but it gives you a tough challenge when using it in a LAN network or trying it online. Although the AI might let you down in single player which I have noticed as well, but it should work properly. You could say that single player is the easier version of it, and multiplayer is more difficult version. You have more possibilities in multiplayer too...

Dear people, this Ai is only meant for the Age of Kings. AND NOT THE EXPANSION PACK. As Lord fadawah mentioned, it performs extremely bad at the expansion pack.

In age of kings it works perfectly :) especially trying it in multiplayer...
