Well, the main unique addition here is that there are 2 TC's for each player (and also 2 sets of villagers and scouts), and that one of these is built on shallows!
This map is somewhat similar to Ensemble Studios' Metropolis map, but with a twist! (I did not copy the idea from ES. What I did was accidentally make two types of player landings, one of them being shallows. Cool, huh? Actually this map was finished before ES announced their new map. So there! )
Now what effects does this new layout hold in store? First of all, you cannot build on shallows, thus you cannot build near one of your TC's, and thus cannot defend it. Its sole purpose will be to create villagers, and perhaps serve as a gather site for your initial sheep that belong to that TC.
