Through the dark mist a lone rider came - pausing for a
moment he glanced over his shoulders to gain a glimpse of his pursuers-
after three days of galloping his horse was nearly spent - he knew that
the whole fate of his khan was at stake on his glorious khans conquest
of.... Alaska!!!
oh and its like a land mass split into two by a river that goes out to
sea- stones not scarce but well spread out- gold can come on large or
small deposits- but plenty because this is the yukon river were talking
about!
If I remember right the gold is in canada and the river was just a trail to get there. correct me if Im wrong its been a while

This is a good looking snow map, very nice use of terrain here, lots of elevation change and some tree variety. The description says there is a river, but it is more like patches of ice with fishing holes. The amount of trees seems okay to me, seeing as the real Alaska has some pretty thick forests. It's part of the challenge.
The only possible improvement I would make is maybe adding a few more deer scattered about. A well done map.
