A great imperial civilization has been devastated by a cataclysm. A few towns have survived, each one now tries to dominate over the others...
Many imperial units and buildings are still standing, but the survivors have to rediscover their lost knowledge and rebuild most of their cities.
Map look is mainly temperate, with some deserts, lakes and snowy mountains; and of course there are lots of ruins of the great empire.
Notes on strategy: you start with a small mixed army, so you may try to attack immediately, especially if you have an ally. With a survived monk and monastery, you can also go for relics immediately.
Computer players play well on this map.
The map is good! It really shows the feeling of a destroyed area. Excellent. Congratulations.
By the way, are you out of ideas? I have been trying to create an RMS for quite some time, but it didn't quite work out. It goes: 2 rivers flow nearly paralelly (you know the word) but in some distance from each other. The one on the east is a bit more narrow. The terrain is grass, and there is elevation, at a maximum of 4 or 5. You can find forests on the elevation (and some on flat ground). There are a few lakes, and there are fish. Roads connect all players (or teams, because the rivers shouldn't be cut to pieces.), and are not too wide.
