This mod replaces the Gaia torches in the scenario editor with fire extracted from the SLP files. This fire mod may be pretty handy for creating many different scenario design tricks, like campfires, grass fires, buildings set on fire, burning cities, forest fires, volcano FX fires, fires for burning heretics at the stake, evil magic fires, ect, you name it.
THE MODPACK INSTALLER THAT COMES WITH IT SUCKS
IT INSTALLS WORTH C R A P!!!

Anyways, I used the idea and threw one together that does the same thing and it seems to work so far. check out a screenshot at http://mithrandir.stormloader.com

Lancelot, your idea is fine, but what about just using the "Damage object" effect? ;)

Trigger is another way to make burning buildings, but what if we wanted to make fire magic or a burning stake, or maybe set grass on fire, can you do that?!
that's why this mod is great at

To set grass or terrain on fire just use the invisible farm trick. And, if you want to simulate forest fires download the 'a realistic forest fire' utility.
