Eric The Red allow me to post the picure....

That should be it.
ArrangedEarth i still see soem of the old monarstary's shadow and this doesn't just change the bazitine monistary
Eric The Red It doesn't exactly look like that in the game. He did work on the shadow! It LOOKS GREAT! Keep up the good work!
FirstDragoons The artwork is great. A few problems, 1) the monastery is too big, so units may walk on it and 2) the shadow is still the same.
Eric The Red I just realized while playing king of the hill that the new monastery is just a copy paste of the monument. Although it looks good. I would rather have the confidence knowing I could do something harder than just copy paste.
Nomad To answer you, Eric, yes it is a copy+paste building.

I originally had a totally unique idea for it, however the dome designs for it were poor. I had a similar problem when I switched to using the Byz wonder pieces, but was able to fix it quite easily.

Also, most people don't know this is my first mod. Don't worry, in the future, the mods will get better.
Vampire Slayer Hey Nomad, I like your new Monastary alot but the part that sticks out with the door is sticking out further than the sqaure/diamond the building goes in. You need to cut that part back a little, see even your Monk is staning on the wall in your picture. It also Looks like your X coordinate for your anchor needs to be like 2 more numbers higher. The flag should be at the tip of the point on the top of the roof.
The King of Cheese Hey Nomad. Maybe with a little spiffin up that could be a good university for your roman mod (ok, alot of spiffing up)

Byzantine Monastery is a great modpack and I recommend it to any players who are bored of the original middle-eastern monastery and who want to be amazed. But, the mod had many flaws :

1)The building was a little bigger than its base. This could cause some problems with units and buildings around it. I know there were no ways of fixing it, but I found it annoying.

2)The shadow is a little messed up. The Monastery keeps the old one's shadow and adds a new one. It looks weird to see to kind of shadows. This was easy to fix. The author could have changed the old monastery's shadow to an empty file. It would have fixed the problem.

3)The flag was aligned on the top of the building, but it looked a little weird. It's a very small problem, but I found it bad-looking. It may be impossible to edit it without changing it for every other monasteries, but Nomad could have changed the alignment of the monastery to fix this.

4)This one won't influence the review. One thing I didn't like about it was the fact that it changed the monasteries for the other middle-eastern civilizations. Nomad made this modpack to fix the problem with the mosque belonging to the Byzantine, but he created an other problem by removing the mosque from the other middle-eastern civilizations.

And here are my final thoughts about this modpack :

The modpack is a very good looking building. It is looking very realistic and Nomad sure putted a lot of work in it. But, a few problems forced me to give it a 3.5 and not a 4.0. I’m sure The Nomad could fix these problems easily by taking a few minutes of his free time. The real review I would have given it is : 3.7.
janissary This one is a really good one. It was a bad idea to build mosques for the Byzantines. Thank you for this mod.
