This is the first trigger guide utility attempted for AoK. The guide provides a summary of what triggers are and how they work, and gives a short list briefly describing the conditions and effects.
The guide first explains triggers, then explains the looping, display as objective and starting state areas. Finally, it provides a list of most conditions and effects.
The guide is in notepad, and readability isn't superb. With Word Wrap on it doesn't align right, but with it off it goes too far to the right in some lines.
However, the lack of presentation isn't the only issue, there is also a lot of incorrect information as well.
For example: "There can be 0 or 1 conditions"
This is not true: There can be many conditions. Another example:
"Object Visible- get a selected object within one of your objects line of sight."
Again, not accurate enough. This is based on whether the unit is visible on the monitor, not in your units LOS. If the unit is off-screen it doesn't fire, and if the unit is in an ally unit's LOS the trigger would fire.
Overall this guide is a little short, but a reasonable introduction to triggers. I'd recommend reading a longer article, I believe HG and DGDN both have some trigger tutorials. Articles tend to be scattered around the internet a lot though, so have a look at the "Scenario Design Library" on the forums to find them.

I really learned a lot from your guide but there was one setback, which was small, your spelling! Over all I actually learned how to use triggers. I never knew what they where for. Thanks, Oh and just 'A Trigger Guide' in the description that's where it cost you.
