The tutorial itself is very good -- however, the lack of
proper English makes it hard to understand.
I very much appreciated the example scenarios.

I am going to comment on it by the following criteria.
Sorry if my comment irritates someone.
Guidelines
[0-10; 10 is the highest.]
[NB: It is no need to be perfect so as to get full mark]
Using time(roughly) --- it shows how long I use/try/playtest it
I --- Instruction (can tell you what you can see or how to do so? clear or not? )
D --- Design (does things inside are interesting, special, beautiful?)
B --- Benefit (how useful, beneficial you will get inside?)
O --- overall grade/impression
[NB: the mark give is not the average of the 3 above. It is given according to my feeling to it, not exactly accoring to the 3 above]
================
Using time(roughly): half a hour - a hour
I --- 5.5
D --- 5
B --- 5.5
O --- 5

It teaches you how to use trigger. It is for beginners who, say, don't even know how to write/use triggers.
The English itself is OK to me, understandable.
However, this is not a very good guide. (altho I am not a newbie here, I am curious enough to view it)
It tries to tell you what conditions and effects are in the AOE2 with 2 main exmaples (explanation and .scn).
However, it just explains in brief. (eg: [quote] Accumulate attribute --> Select player, attribute, value.)
It should try to explain step-by-step (eg: how to set attribute, vlaue, what they mean etc.)

OK. There are some pictures.
A plain orange wallpaper as the background.
A normal tutorial with a normal way of presenting his tutorial stuffs.

If you are really a beginner, I am afraid you may still be got stuck after viewing it.
As said above, instruction is not in depth. You may have t try for several times before success.
But it is also true it can help you in some extent.
O
Ok, you can try it.
Downlaod it as an auxiliary.
