Version: The Conquerors
BY KEVDOGGKING: Have you ever played the AOK or The Counquerors Campaigns? Did you see when the trigger "Display Instructions" was in a color such a red, green, etc.? Now, this utility shows you how to make colored text w/triggers for instance: [Hello there mister] will be in a color of your choice! {It has to be a color for any colony} Hope you like it! Tell me what you think, if it is good or bad or both? A must download

LaChupacabra Yo men every 1 knows how 2 do this this is just waist of time.lol.Maybe you should do somthing with this like get rid of it.DONT DOWNLOAD THIS ITS IS USLESS...
LoRd_YuRi_NiNjA It is bad there is no point in downloading it. Almost every campaign and scenario to date has colored text. So why should we waste time downloading this pice of crap?
LoRd_YuRi_NiNjA Chupacabra: What is the point in copying other people's comments?
LuckyChan I am going to comment on it by the following criteria.
Sorry if my comment irritates someone.
And feel free to criticize me if I do make some unfair comments.

Guidelines
[0-10; 10 is the highest.]
[NB: It is no need to be perfect so as to get full mark]

Using time(roughly) --- it shows how long I use/try/playtest it

I --- Instruction (can tell you what you can see or how to do so? clear or not? )
D --- Design (does things inside are interesting, special, beautiful?)
B --- Benefit (how useful, beneficial you will get inside?)

O --- overall grade/impression
[NB: the mark give is not the average of the 3 above. It is given according to my feeling to it, not exactly accoring to the 3 above]

================
Using time(roughly):

I --- 8
D --- 6
B --- 3
O --- 6

There are instructions when you play the game.
Good, quite clear!!
But I'm afraid the author missed some of the important points.
I am willing to give some additions for him.

In doing the colorful-texted tricks, he fails to pinpoint the following inside this tutorial:
1. only players' colors are avaiable [*1]
2. the exact names of players' colors [*2]
3. the names of the colors should be typed in capitals
4. only this pair of brackets "<>" are available

[*1: He only tells in the author's description, but people may forget when they view your scenario]
[*2: See by the following: in the AOK:TC game menu --> click "create scenario" --> click "players" --> see the column of "color"]

So the skeleton is:
<COLOR> ...

COLOR = any one of players' colors
... = type whatever scripts/words you like

D
OK.
Not much beautiful scene.
A plain random map, I could say.

B
Actually It teaches you 2 main things in the game.
[but he only points one out in the author's description]

The first one is how to make text with color.
The second one is how to place people in the buildng.

O
Although others criticize this stuff, I am in general favor of it.
As in the author's description, the author has told the users already on what to teach.
Sorry, I don't think they made good criticisms.
Somone (who know how to make colored text) even tried to download it, but saying that this tutorial was useless since he knew it long time ago.
But why did they spend time on downloading it ??
[Sidenote: I still knew this skill long time ago >,<]

It seems there is only 1 tutorial who teaches people how to make colored text.
If some newbies who don't know how to make them, here's is a good tutorial.
Prince_Lothar Hmm, well it's not usless, but this is metioned in the scenario design FAQ here in AOE Heaven. You could also just tell us how to do it in the description. All you have to do is put the color you want in the greater then/less then signs. It also has to be caps. for example, red would be: blue would be
