This template is easy to make - you won\'t require map copy to do this one, just get it into your brain and start designing nice towns and villages using this system.
I urge you to check out this eye-candy!
NOTE: To people who may wish to call me \'n00b\' for submitting this, and \'copy-cat\', show me one of these that you submitted BEFORE mine. It makes towns and villages look nice. If you wish to use anything from this, please add flowers in the yards if it is not on a snowy area. Thanks for downloading!

What Tanneur99 said is right. The first time I played it, I searched the map, found the enemy unit and converted it and it said I used "i r winner". That was annoying. Now the game thinks I would be a cheater. |

I decided to review this now because, for some reason, it has four stars.
Usefulness/Novelty: 1.5
USEFULNESS : (1) Now, don't get me wrong, this is a way to place buildings. But the utility itself, on the other hand, serves no purpose whatsoever, to anyone. Let me explain. An experienced or even average modder is perfectly aware how to put walls around buildings, and a beginner wouldn't even be in the editor if he/she didn't know that, and will almost certainly discover it on his/her own. Therefore, this is a completely useless utility.
NOVELTY : (2) Fortunately for the author, there aren't any other utilities like this out there (perhaps because it's so obvious ?), however the utility adds nothing new as compared to the game. In fact, I haven't seen such basic modwork in a long time.
Quality/Instructions: 2
QUALITY : (2.5) This is the thing that saves the mod from being completely disastrous. The utility is mediocre at best in terms of quality, and the only part that is slightly interesting is the map design. It's decent, nothing great. Instead of placing palisades, why not walls, or bushes, or, say, an actual, modded fence ? The trees added a nice touch, but were too haphazardly placed to warrant notice. Roads were good, but some buildings weren't linked, and apart from grass1, there wasn't anything exciting around the town. If this was to showcase a beautiful suburb, it didn't work. It's definitely not better than previous utilities, BUT it gets saving points for the fact that it's absolutely useful in scenarios. This, again, is nifty, but not even presented in a good way.
INSTRUCTIONS : (1) Now, the base score for this is 5 because you'd think you wouldn't need instructions for this, it's clear as snow, right ? Wrong. As I explained earlier, only some beginners will find this utility interesting. But, since there are no instructions of any kind, how are they supposed to know what to do ? They're beginners, remember ? So that's one point deducted. But the main loss in points comes from the author's more personal instructions : credit him for any use of this in scenarios. Now, not only do I find the act of copyrighting a trick repulsive, I also believe that this "trick", which is only called thus because it might not be directly grasped by everyone, was already found long before the author decided to make a utility about it. It's not because no one has posted it that it doesn't exist.
Additional Comments:
Overall, I give it a score of 1.8. It's one of the most basic "tricks" (if it can even be called that) out there, and the author's attitude makes it much, much worse.
It's not original and it's not above decent in terms of prettiness. This is not the author's work. His "work" was limited to laying out the city.
Stay away from this mod, unless you don't know how to place fences around a house.[Edited on 03/29/16 @ 04:27 AM]
