If you don't have a description, people with slower connections won't bother to download this. It doesn't take much effort to quickly tell everyone what your utility has to offer them.

Describe it! If you want people to download this, give it a description! Let them know what it is!
If you don't give it a description, people will think it's a rubbish scenario but you don't want to tell anyone.

This Utility is about how to show the energy as stripes.( |||||||||| )
I forgot to tell you,the exact System Description had been included in the file which you will download. So I don't give it a description.

"Reversible Trigger System" is a utility by Rushot. The utility shows how to use triggers to display unit energy like [|||||||||||||]. The energy goes up and down. When the unit is going up in energy and reaches the top, it gets extra attack; but when it is low or none, the unit has normal attack.
The utility was very creative. I don't think I've seen anything like this before. The complete instructions are on a word document and are clear. The scenario showing the Reversible Trigger system is only a mameluke and a section of wall, but it still gets the point across. Some people like playable utilities so they can see how they could use it in a certain situation.
Final Thoughts -
I recommend this utility, though it might be kind of hard to understand; as it is somewhat complex.
Good Job, Rushot.

Basically what this scenario is is a mameluke and a wall. When you click the wall, the mamaluke's "energy bar" in his name starts going down. When you click the wall again, it starts going up. Then down. Then up, etc. Impressively complex stuff. I'm still having trouble understanding what happens.
