this scenario is useless. the maker just tells you that you can disable some technologies in the scenario builder, something that most of us already know. this is only usefull for total newbies, and even then...
wish scenario's like this weren't allowed on aokh...

Ouch! That hurts, and remember, you should NEVER insult a designer. These people spent time of thier lives to (try) to enlight us.

On my recent utility downloading spree in an attempt to learn all the tricks I don't know I stumbled upon this unique...utility. In this you are told how to keep civs from using different techs. Great. Everyone, even my newb cousin knows that. Well, I give it a 1.0.

And what if we want our new "civilizations" to have their own unique units, unique technology and look for ships and buildings? You also forgot civilization bonuses, such as +2 LOS for Frankish Knights.
If you can come up with answers to all of my questions that actualy lead down the road of making an actual new civ, and doing all of the work yourself, then I'll give this a 5.0
