Version: The Conquerors
This utility is an attempt to show how to create a moral system for units. It is intended for use with a fixed force type game, the system doesn’t work well with a build & destroy type game.
I was inspired to make this template by Marko Crnigoj’s excellent game The battle of Tannenberg, 1410 AD, ID=1327, which featured a moral system, although I have no idea how that system actually worked.

This system uses the kill ratio condition, the more enemy units you kill the higher your moral becomes (increases hp), and visa versa. It’s quite a complex system, but all the triggers have an explanation in the trigger description box. Play the “Advanced Moral System.scx” first, and then study the triggers.
If you wish to use this map, and moral system without altering anything, simply use the “Moral template.scx”. Note; leave the left corner clear, this area is needed to create “Flags” the system uses, apart from this the system will work on any map, however I don’t recommend using more than 100 units for player one, without first altering some triggers, a note explaining this is wrote in the trigger description box. Feel free to alter/use this utility as you see fit.

Included in the download is Advanced Immobile Units Ai by Zanzard Lotha. This is only required for the tutorial part of the utility, however every good designer should have this in their Ai folder. ;)

There are some Beta cliffs I’ve extracted also, I have no idea if these are new, but I haven’t personally seen them before, except in a mod pack. These can be map copied together to make a new looking cliff. However they are limited due to the fact they are only southward facing. They can be rotated to create invisible cliffs for an invisible barrier.

I’ve also included a “Revealing units” trick, I first saw this used in Anastasia’s land fish template. New Aspects New Object Templates, by Tsunami Studios Utilities ID = 378, although this is a much expanded version ;)

Installation: The .scx files go in the Scenario folder, and the .ai & .per files go in your Ai folder. Play the “Advanced Moral system.scx” first, and then study the triggers.

NOTE: Pointed out to me by zyxomma100, The "Revealing units" trick, can be achieved in the editor by garrisoning units inside a building and deleting buildings, however this doesn't align the units so it looks like there is just one unit, but it is a much easier way to achieve a similar result.
