‘3 Helpful Trigger Tricks’ by Caeser89 is a Utility demonstrating a few simple things that can be achieved in the editor in order to enhance a custom scenario. The tricks are as follows: Moving villagers next to a Barracks in order to train them as soldiers; creating units ‘as if by magic’ due to explosions; and making it appear as though an un-mounted unit has mounted his steed when he moves next to it.
The problem with the utility is that the majority of scenario designers will already know how to do all of these tricks, since they are very simple and have been known for many years. It is for this reason I am assuming the intended downloaders are people new to scenario design who are looking for a few easy to accomplish but stylish tricks for their games. If this is the case, then the utility does demonstrate the different tricks very nicely. The problem comes, however, when the downloader wishes to recreate some of the tricks he/she has seen, due to the fact that there are no instructions. I will deal with this in more detail later on.
SCORE: 4 (Would seriously benefit new designers, but the fact that the tricks are rather old hat stops it from getting the top score).
In terms of the quality, the demonstration scenario itself is bug free and tells the player what to do to see each of the tricks in action. What it doesn’t do, however, is tell the player how to recreate the tricks. This is a big problem, as many inexperienced designers will need a step-by-step guide in order to accomplish the results seen in the demonstration. Simply having the triggers (without any further information in the description boxes) doesn’t provide enough information for new designers. The title of the utility tells potential downloaders enough information to make them look at the description page, but the one line of description tells people almost nothing about the utility.
SCORE: 2 (Good quality, but lack of instructions and poor description page drag it down).
WHERE THE UTILITY CAN BE IMPROVED:
Caeser89 would do well to update the utility, providing a more in-depth description page, but above all to provide a section on how to do the tricks he shows. Another point I would make would be that he states the intended ‘audience’ of the utility. If I was wrong with my assumption that the utility was intended for the rookie designer, then it would lose more points due to it being of virtually no use to an experienced scenario designer.
OVERALL SCORE: 3.0

This utility is a "must have" för newbies in scenario making. It would help if you write how you did the things, but it's possible to figure it out anyway. It feels like it's a bit few tricks. This would be a strong five according to me IF you add more tricks and put in instructions. Fix those things and uppdate and the five is yours. Until that i will give it a 4.
This utility helped me very much. Thank you very much for making this. Keep adding on things.
