Drawings and text are very unprofessional.
The objective in the first scenario is unclear,
and there are too many useless allied units which do nothing
but slow down the processor.
The second scenario is so easy as to be pointless.
I didn't try the third one, and I recommend you pass this

I fully enjoyed this campaign. I don't know why ANYONE would not download this and play it.
Some people just don't like to think, but that is what a stradegy is all about.
Thank You Mr. Niven for the very enjoyable experience !!!!!!!!

The People of Russia is a highly downloaded campaign with over 4000 players.
Its not playable because the balance is so bad.
There is a B&D 5v1 in the players favour. There is a fleeing\migration mission where the enemy has 200+ land units. That means they could never make a transport ship and the player will eventually win, building in complete safety in their new lands. There is a FF where you sneak in to kill a wonder, but it doesnt work and you will lose the game with probably 100% certainty considering the AI has a huge town and many resources. A player who wasnt cheating couldnt get through, so thats where my review ends.
The author is attempting to differentiate the games from random maps, but 2 out of 4 maps are literally random maps with just a handful of units on the side or such.
Map Design 2
Random maps have been used.
Theres enough there to avoid a minimum rating, but the bitmaps are so bad im tempted to substract points from the category.
