“Knights of courage” tells of a group of Knights fighting against the Vikings. I think this is the story because it was very hard to understand much from this campaign unfortunately.

Playability: This campaign didn’t have many fun things or things to do, I had to free some prisoners from a enemy base but I already owned the men there so I could freely attack the walls. To improve the playability try to add more interesting things.

Balance: The balance was below average too, although it wasn’t as bad as some of the other parts of the campaign. The balance was far too easy and particularly scenario 2 where army of cavaliers against 4 towers was simply no match, another bad thing was that after completing my objectives I had to reveal the map to find one Berserk exploring to end the scenario.

Creativity: I can’t say it was very creative because it did not have many things, which were creative. Adding interesting elements to a campaign can great increase the fun had in a campaign. To improve this try to add interesting things in general from people you meet to plot twists.

Map Design: The map design wasn’t well implemented. It seemed as if the trees had been just pasted on using a large brush and there were very few features on the maps in general to keep the player interested. The most interesting things in the campaign were a dead end along a route to the enemy base and a river. To improve this you can add many different things from the section “ units” then “gaia” then “other” Also adding different elevations can help also. Elevations are in the section “terrain” then “elevation” sections.

Story/Instructions: Immediately upon loading up the first scenario of this campaign I was perplexed as to what to do. This was because there was no history section, very few instructions and no hints what so ever. This made me wonder and through out the entire campaign I never knew for certain who my main character was and for what purpose I was fighting. The story practically did not exist. The instructions as mentioned were few and didn’t help much. The campaign objectives for each scenario were written in but other than that I was on my own. Also my enemy seemed to change because the different player’s names had not been renamed meaning one minute I was fighting “ Magnus Olafsson” and the next minute “Canute the Great”. Try to include a more interesting story and make the player more informed as to what he is supposed to do. A good story can help influence many other sections of a campaign.

Overall: As the work stands its far too weak in many areas for it to be a enjoyable download, if looking for a interesting story I’m afraid you’ve come to the wrong place.
