As an old Warcraft II player I wanted to convert the famous multiplayer map, Garden of War, to be played in Age of Kings/The Conquerors. And it resulted into this.
I think v.2 (2 because it's the second version and I haven't yet quite decided which one is better, the first test version or this) is best played with random starting locations (this eliminates the possibility to quickly rush your nearest opponents, because you don't know exactly where they are... and it also adds some thrill to the game...:)) in both single/multiplayer game.
V.3 is the same map as v.2, but has the same starting locations as the original WCII map, starting clockwise from the lower right corner. The resources around these places are somewhat equal, and there are resources all over the map, so you'll always have something to begin with even with random starting locations.
