Volcano, Lava, and Volcanic Terrain Patches

Author File Description
File Details
Version: The Conquerors 1.0c
Do you want to create a scene of infernal disaster and desolation? Do you want to create a microcosm of hell itself? Do you
want to create an unholy domain of darkness and evil in your AoK/TC scenarios? Then this modpack is made especially for YOU.:-) See for yourself.

What the mod replaces:

Mountain 4 = Volcano
ICE patches(You NEED to unlock these with GeniEd2) = Lava
Craters = Volcanic terrain

This mod also includes as a bonus, my old Tower of Evil mod that replaces the Accursed Tower and the Tower of Flies in the editor. Use it to complete your own little microcosm of evilness in your scenarios.

All modpack graphics were made in 3d Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Paint Shop Pro.

I hope you enjoy using this mod as I enjoyed making it. Until then, happy scenario editing. :-)

You do not need GeniEd 2 for the Ice patches.

You can map copy them from various utilities, first posted here,

This is a great mod, the tiles blend well together and it's easy to create a well made hell.

Additional Comments: The volcano and volcanic ground should be a bit darker, and the volcano should be a bit taller, but it's not that big of a deal. Great work Agamemnon!
Stoeltjuh This is really good, especially for those who are trying to make a LoTR or Mordor scenario.

Maybe a bigger tower of evil like a castle and without the skull.

Joan of Florida Hey how do you use this in the scen editor? I downloaded it, but I don't know what to do next. Please help!

This mod is very good, the patches of dark earth can be placed on and cover the lava patches so you can make rivers of lava of almost any shape, plus the tower of evil makes the terrain look in place.

Additional Comments:
Only flaw is you can walk on the lava, which is slightly disturbing, but it looks intimidating enough to put people off walking on it, although using triggers you can kill any unit on the lava, so this is no problem.
Good Work!

This mod is brilliant. Very well done, the perspective is perfect, the graphics are amazing, etc, etc. Useful for scenarios where hell or another barren landscape is involved, or to just create a volcanic island. Also, replacing Ice patches is a good idea because it means triggers can be created to simulate lava flows.

Additional Comments: Great job!
CallousCrazyMan Great for scenario designers who want to add a little spark into their scenario.

LOVE IT! Very creative and unlike any other volcano thing i have ever seen. WONDERFUL!

Attila373 I am kinda new to this so....I have some questions.

When you say that this mod replaces the ice patch, does that mean when i download this i will not be able to place ice in my scenarios??

Do I need to have mps installed for the mod to work??

I might have more questions later. But, for now thank you and please, someone answer my questions in detail so I understand. Thank you very much!!!!!

I edited your two posts into one, please use the edit button instead of submitting double posts.

If you have the conquerors expansion you can still place ice, but the ice patch which you can map copy (read my post above) replaces with lava.

You need either Mod Pack Studio 2.0 or MPS Lite 2.0 to view the mod pack.
