This was made by my little brother Nathan, who's 7, YES 7 years old. Anyways, I helped him a little with the triggers, but this was his idea. He wants to know if he is a good "game maker," as he calls himself. Comments and reviews welcome! (PS. personally, this is not all that great as far as map design goes...but the idea is interesting...kind of easy...i don't know...just try it out!)
Theodoric the Goth is a B&D, the story fiction. Lord Dunnlop suffers attacks from the Saracens, your mission to destroy them.
PLAYABILITY: I enjoyed the short and easy scenario, good design with a RPG part in the beginning and I encountered no bug or lag. 3
BALANCE: The scenario was too easy, you loose some man but it is impossible to loose the enemy does not attack. 2
CREATIVITY: The map showed creativity and there was some in game development, the 'stranded on an island' theme and a mission. 3-
MAP DESIGN: The best part of the scenario, slightly above average with few elevations, terrain mix, and overall pretty with too abrupt blending from snowy pine to oak and palm trees in the desert. 4-
STORY/INSTRUCTIONS: Hints, clear objectives/instructions, scout section but no story. 3
OVERALL: An easy scenario with a good map.
SUGGESTIONS: Introduce a second red player with standard AI as character who builds up and attacks for a better balance and playability and try another victory condition than player defeated which includes the destruction of all military buildings.
