Ok so this is my first scenario of my upcoming campaign.I 've to warn you though just directly attacking the enemies won't work. You have to use a strategy. Some of the features are click to talk or move close to object to talk.Style is fixed force for the first scenario. This was actually my first scenario with a decent background map.Hope you enjoy it! |

Playability: 4
The Story of the Warrior was a quite significant game. Here we open up in the Kingdom of Ramaria, and under the King's command, must go and hunt out the bandits wreaking havoc in the once warring state, Ionia. This game was very enjoyable, and not one step below. This is a game we could expect from Mk101. Creative and original. However, there were a few problems (See below)
Balance: 4
The balance was excellent, but a little too easy. I felt that there needed to be bandit patrols and or wolves around the countryside. This would make the game longer and a little more challenging. The Ionian city should also be heavily garrisoned and virtually impregnable to your band of soldiers, since it is on the border with her enemy Ramaria. Other wise all was quite good.
Creativity: 4
The creativity was excellent. The names and all were pretty good. The bitmap was good, giving us an idea of the outlay of the two adjoining Kingdoms separated by a giant river. The idea where you must talk to the commoners to overcome quests is another great idea, which Mk101 is most known to use.
Map Design: 4
The map design was also good, but not great, but you are improving indeed. I like this map design, but it could benefit from closer attention to detail. Otherwise it was good. I loved the idea of a bridge that was broken, which connected the Ramarian Mainland to her colony, and mountains to the east, alongside an Ionian Garrison, it was all very well laid out.
Story/Instructions: 4
The story was nicely told and with detail to explain everything. It was all very creative and original. The downer here is the lack of objectives. You may have done a mission involving a side quest where you must do something in order to do something else (Get boat off warrior at inn) and no objective came up. I think it would be best to always have an objective that indicicates the player of what they need to do, no matter how small the quest.Otherwise very nicely done. Small details left out never hurt anyone.
Additional Comments:
The story of the warrior was a great game. Its creativity and playability offer you a unique gaming experience. This is what Mk101 is best for doing. It is a mix of FF and RPG, where you must do quests in order to overcome another quest and or obstacle. So I recommend this game for download. Once again a great game Mk101, I look forward to your full version![Edited on 02/23/17 @ 06:06 AM]

You deserve it Mk101. You're making games faster than anyone else here. Though I admit you dont put as much effort in than you could, but games like this and the Village are great creations. I guess the reason why I liked this is because it is not overtly original, but not too complex. It is basic stuff and easy, sit back and relax sorta game.[Edited on 01/09/06 @ 06:34 PM]
