It's a decent city. Nothing too special- the grass type is the same, same houses, almost no eye candy, no triggers, just a map filled with AOK stuff. It's not really marvelous in its looks either. Try comparing your city with the Persian city in Tamerlane: prince of destruction.
Also, I see no reason why anyone should use this city for whatever reason. There's nothing to do, and it certainly isn't the best city, although it looks as if the creator spent an aweful lot of time doing something rather mediocre, sort to say.
So I would give it a 1 if I was to rate this utility.

Hey c'mon, it's not so bad. It takes a lot of time and effort to create something like that.
So what if it isn't a challenging scenario with loads of triggers and stuff, its a cool city.

if u r a begginner in editing then its quite good but if u r and expert i would definitely prefer it with eye-candy and triggers. instead of a city make it a working city. add triggers. movement of citizens from houses till market or exploration of the nieghborhood. make the archers train like hunting deers and add a jail in which opposing villagers are being executed by makin them fingh with swordsman. make tradecarts move to the markets. so u need to plan the city and make it beautiful attractive and most of all working.

lol its a nice city. and u put work in to it... but whats the piont? like it takes the whole map? it would take alot more then 200 units todefend it and it takes the whole map anyways... there is not room for an enamey lol
