***update-Don't be curious and click on the little button in the bottom tray as that pauses the program(it wont work then). Unless, that is, you actually want to pause the program.
This is a seperate program which runs along side AOC. It sends your units simultainiously somewhere, using the tab button.
First, those units need to be under a number (e.g. ctrl-1).
So say, while using this you had two groups of units, already in ctrl 1 and 2.
(O.K. stay with me it's kind of complicated...)
Firt, press 1, then press this button "`"(to the left). Now press 2 and then press "`" again. -The program knows you want to control those units.-
Point where you want them to go then press TAB. They'll start moving. They don't need to be selected, and this way you can control more than 40 peeps at a time. ---Do the "`" stuff once if you want, only update it if you want to add a group.
In the end, you can reset which groups to send by using the zero key, then re-entering, but you never need to.
TAB TAB TAB, just press it and they'll always go there. I don't mean this to be an unfair advantage. What I thought is that it could be used for games with the population mod, or large scenarios in particular. It allows you to send all your units easier, and at once. It's not confusing after awhile.
--Other things
You should start the .exe before you begin Age of Empires. Otherwise, you can alt-tab then run it (it doesn't matter).
[Maybe] it can be used in other RTS's.
I guess you can control up to 360 things nearly at once, being the 9 ctrls times 40 in each group.
When your done, the program sits in the tray. Right click it if you want to exit it./I'd update it if this utility is OK.
I unzipped it to the desktop, it is a Conquerors icon called Age Tray. Right click gives me options like, virus check, delete etc., left click nothing, double left click gives the icon at the button where right and left click tells me that the script paused and I have the option to exit. I could not make it work in game, what did I miss?
