Aztec Wars Beta

Author File Description
File Details
Version: The Conquerors 1.0c
Style: Fixed Force
This scenerio is in the early development stage, and is not a finished product, but it is fully playable, and (I think) quite fun. Comments are welcome.

The Story: You awake to find yourself in a strange arena, surrounded by walls which you are inexplicably allied to, and assailed by enemies, all of which are garbed in aesthetically pleasing color-themed uniforms.
Gameplay: Four Aztec civilizations have forts situated around the perimiter of an arena, at the four points of the compass. Each civilization has an army of 20 Elite Eagle Warriors and 20 Elite Plumed Archers, which respawn at the base when killed. Using these troops, you must destroy your each of your enemys' castles, removing that opponent from the game.

I moved the file from Single Player Scenarios

Even though you can play this on Single Player, it suits a Multiplayer better. Your symmetrical map, the equal starting positions etc. Playing against the computer, the comp should have a starting advantage to be challenging and fun. If you want it back in Single Player, leave a comment here or send a mail to:

MeGaIdIoT Good job, the idea for the arena is quite creative, though I have a few suggestions:

Make it so that every 50 kills or so, you will get a new unit spawning. For example, at 50 kills, you could start spawning elite woad raiders instead of eagle warriors, then at 100 kills start spawning elite longbowmen instead of elite plumed archers. And then keep going. Also, you could give razing rewards. For example, you could make it so that for each razing you get, it gives you a saboteur.

I know this isn't finished yet, but I'm just giving suggestions.
