This is my first attempt at a map. The map has 6 islands and a mainland that contains the relics and other rescouces. There is a Greek town in the bottom corner that you have to "rescue." Enjoy!

Ok, I had a look at it. I'll be honest.. No triggers + starting with a town centre and 3 villagers = more boring than RM games. The map looks like an altered arabia or migration map but is still only of random map quality. This had a complete lack of originality.. not even the players had altered names! Have a look at some top rated custom scenarios and see what can be accomplished, playing RM sort of games isn't much use. By the way, your description is all wrong, this is B&D, not role playing strategy and how do you expect to 'rescue' the greeks you are enemy or neutral with everyone.

The yellow player did not build up, their villagers gather around a Wild Horse. I saw this 'Wild Horse Bug' a couple of times. There is a picture of the bug in this thread.

It is best to remove or move the horse elsewhere. To make it more challenging other players should have access to the mainland like cyan.

Nobody starts from the top and btw. I was not proud of my first scenarios for AoE. Triggers are not necessary for a B&D, there is nothing wrong to start with a random map, I changed 'Style' to B&D, the Greek town are the ruins in the south where you 'rescue' a hero and they are not neutral.
