Number of scenarios:
Ok after working out a few more kinks the campaign is done. No more editing will be done by me unless a problem comes up. This is the final version (hopefully). I hope you enjoy this campaign and find it fun and challenging at the same time. gl hf! :)
Minas Tirth: 10,000 men?! That will take literally all day to play.

One huge thing to moan about here. I don't know whether it's just my computer, but all I get is the "Amon Hen" scenario, which certainly isn't the seven promised by the article. Other than that, the one scenario there is has some replay value on hard difficulty. Whether it's a campaign bug or not, I was disappointed that there was only one scenario.

The campaign consists of 7 scenarios, if you cannot access the next one, the game's memory is full. The game engine remembers every saved game, scenario, and campaign and once the capacity reached, you cannot access the next scenario. To fix, from Single Player click "Options", click "New" to create another player account, load the campaign and do the "I r winner" cheat to access the next scenario, there are seven. You can also delete to recreate the same user name or change the name. To check the numbers of scenarios you can also use the campaign to scenario manager.

The Lord of the Rings Campaign is the only campaign that I have seen that goes through all three LOTR Stories. The game is mainly RPG and FF. There are one or two B&D scenarios too. The Campaign however is rather boring. There are no cool tricks and there is a poor Map Design. But the one thing that made this campaign almost impossible to play was the huge amount of Lag I got whilst playing. I’m not surprised because there are about 10,000 enemy soldiers on one level. Try and Get rd of the Lag and put something in to stop people falling asleep.
Probably the campaign’s worst score. The scenarios were either really easy or impossible. I either got through them in 5 minutes or I never got there. The big battles like The Edoras one, The Helms Deep one and The Minas Tirith and the Black gate one all outnumbered me 10:1 and it lagged so much I could barley play them anyway. Try to make the campaign more balanced. Add more units or take some away.
This is the only campaign that goes from The Fellowship of the Ring all the way through to the Return of the King. It is a good telling of the Lord of the rings but implementated porrly into the scenarios by means of the map design and playability. Unfortunately the campaign has no cool eye-candy or trigger tricks. The Map design is plain and I found it really boring and dull. Try and add some cool tricks and eye-candy next time.
Map Design: 1
The Map design is rather poor. It doesn’t have much Terrain Mixing or Elevation. The cliffs are placed randomly and look out of place too. The forests are al done randomly. They are just big clumps of trees. There is no eye-candy on any of the maps either. The GAIA units are placed but they still don’t really make much of an effect. Try to add Elevation and Terrain Mixing next time.
The author has created the LOTR story really well. It is all from the books and none of it is made up. However it is a very dull and boring story. The Instructions aren’t very helpful so at some points I didn’t know what to do. Try to add something into the story to make it more entertaining and add some better instructions.
