The final cut-scene did not work for me. Harold survives on the left, William the Conqueror on the right and Norman paladins south of them. Even with the higher LoS on hard they do not attack and the game discontinous.

This campaign was, frankly, terrible. It was badly done by someone who obviously didn't care about presentation and had only the most basic grasp of triggers. The story itself was completely fictional, regardless of what Arthurian stamp you try to put on it (in the Arthur story, Arthur's main fight was not with the Picts, it was with the Saxons and they were never friendly).

I downloaded it, and it is alright I guess.
In the first scenario, it is just a cutscene. The second and third are, "Kill the commanders." The final scenario I couldnt figurew out how to finish cuz harold wouldnt attack others or die!

Playability: 2
Its playable and you are able to complete your objectives, noting special though.
Balance: 3
balance varies from level to level but it is done with an average quality as some parts are too easy and some are overly difficult.
Creativity: 2
The parts of the maps besides the buildings and such are largly blank with just grass 1 and untouched area.
Map Design: 1
You used the utility Ireland&England which is on the blacksmith without mentioning that you did. You hardly changed anything on this as it was mostly bare except for some parts of the lands.
Story/Instructions: 3
Simple instructions, simple history page. Not great; but average.

@thekrakenmeister, as hailstorm65 mentions in his review, you should have given credit to Vercingetorix for his Ireland & England utility. Vercingetorix asked in his read me to give credit. I edited the description for you.
The 1.0 in Map Design seems harsh because the design of the utility is very good. Considering that the designer added practically no design of his own exception to units, walls and buildings it seems justified though, not for the map but for the designers effort.
