This is my second map. Here you actually start as a heroe (Mordred). As a result, kills won't get you improvement but it will get you food (as gifts) which can then be used to buy slaves.

Don't be fooled by the fact that you start as a heroe: dying is definitely a possibility.

The game is straightforward on purpose so that players won't get lost (i.e. not knowing where to go). Instructions are very important though, and players will HAVE to read if they wanna know what to do and what NOT to do.

If you wanna host, remember that p1 to p4 are franks (players), p5 goth, p6 viking, p7 teuton (ally), p8 viking... P5, P6, and P8 are ennemies.

The map creates ennemies as players advance to avoid lag.

I had good feedback from players that tested the map until reaching a fully working version. Thanks to all of them.

It is a good Multiplayer and I like the map design. However, there is a random bug and my player was defeated. Trigger Tournament EXIT, in Effect 4 you remove the player unit and create another in Effect 6. For a short moment, the player has no unit on the map and if the game engine detects it before the creation of Mordred the player loses. To fix, create Mordred in effect 4 and remove the player unit in effect 6. Do not inverse the effect sequence in the trigger, rewrite triggers 4 and 6, effects fire in the sequence you created them not in the one placed in a trigger.

rstaats10 This is an excellent RPG. I just finished playing it with my son. It was a fun adventure. Your map was just incredible. It was challenging but still playable. I liked the tournament at the start too. The only thing that didn't appear to work right was when the wondering monks were supposed to join us. We couldn't find the monks anywhere. Overall I would say you have great talent for making a AOK RPG. My son and I thank you for this adventure you have created. Thanks

Any chance you will be making any more RPG's for AOK?

Thank you so much ^^ I'm really happy you like it! Considering the wondering monks i'm not sure what you are refering to... Could you be talking about the "architects"? They are the 4 militia guys you find after the wonder at the bottom of the screen. Is that it?


Ah! I just got it! the monks are the ones just accross the river, at the golddigger. They used to be your allies (in white) but change color to the players color: each get his own monk, which are very useful for the last "reward" eheh ^^

It's true that they are not easy to spot on the map, but they should be there, the trigger has always worked. Hope that helps...
