Version: The Conquerors 1.0c
This is my new AI it is based off my old Civ selections AI, but it is vastly improved, I use the civ layout for Aztecs and added playability of cavalry, to improve game play as non Aztec civs.

The AI builds an early military and places frequent attacks, it builds many castles, and almost always wins all my other AI's.

Please download and tell me what you think, it's been a while since I’ve uploaded hear and I hope my work is still appreciated.

This is the basic scout cavalry scout rule.
You can also add scouting for villagers:

(set-strategic-number sn-percent-civilian-explorers 100)

When it didnt found food while scouting it changes its strategy to this above.

Below is the code that changes it's behaviour when it did found food when it scout the area

(set-strategic-number sn-cap-civilian-explorers 0)

These are the scouting rules you need. If need more help ask here. And I can come again to aid you on your scenario.
hunnic paladin Umm, excuse me, I tried out the ai, and it didnt seem to work. I played with the Turks and the Aztecs, both are using this ai, and I won easily.

What happened was this:

It was a great game, I got regular attacks throughout, and one HUGE attack with about 100-150 men from Aztecs, but when I went with a mass invasion force and attacked the Turkish Town Center, I won, everyone gave up.

Any ideas?

Also, I did polo(not marco) because when I strolled through the turkish town, I found none there except a few monks! But that might be because I knocked down thier wall, and built a castle in its place. Every time a vil would come to rebuild a wall, it would die.

Did you set it up to where it has to have a wall and it is #1 priority, even over food? :P

Im not sure what went wrong, but from what I could tell, the aztecs had a HUGE HUGE HUGE econ going!!!!!!! I trotted by with a few scouts and saw like 90 choppers on one lump of forest!!!

I could barely make it through their camp without my scout dying from all the castles. Yet the Turks only had one.

It was a fun game, while it lasted. :D Any ideas on why that happened?

There must be something wrong with both civs, since the aztecs gave up upon my first attack on the turks.

Hmm, O well. It was really fun.
