The overall advantage of the no house Huns bonus is that since you don't have to regularly return to your Town to build houses, then you can follow your scout as they explore the map; that said this is primarily for the person who posted the above topic in the forum & anyone else who is interested.
The House bonus is primarily useful to play heavy troop-spamming and heavy villager-spamming (booming) because you will never get housed, and less mistakes will happen in battles and counter-units can be quickly trained because the player dont need to bother houses. It is also heavily cost-saving and villager-seconds saving because your villagers dont need to spend time to build houses and can be put to work elsewhere.
Personally, I dont find it any tough to follow my scout when building houses, because i can jump between Towncenter (H) and scout using Hotkey. Remember one thing though, you need to hit the hotkey twice to center the view on your scout.

I was not aware of the hit hotkey X 2 for your scout to centre on it, I use hotkey 1 & spacebar. I have uploaded a recorded game of the 2nd best civ = Japan for their 50 Wood for each resource drop off, in reply to someones comments about the Huns advantage.
