DTS08~The Kingdom~
Your King has summoned you to defend the Kingdom from your old enemy the Hermaine. You are to defend the Kingdom at many points, how you choose to defend is up to you but the battle always ends at the castle....
The begining is RPS/DTS but quickly becomes a full on siege. You only controll some troops, the rest of the defense force is ally to you.
Kill the enemy General to win. He won't show up until near the end and anyone (or tower) can kill him to end the game.
Thanks for downloading and enjoy! |

You do not need to include the AI to make a scenario play because the AI saves in the .SCX file. However, if you include it in case someone wants to edit the file the .per file is the one we need. A Scirian.ai without .per does not make sense. |

Very nice so far Jas, however there are a couple of spelling mistakes, which I think Guthan pointed out (catafract and the like).
You need to include the .per file, as for me it doesn't appear to run correctly. I just get a huge swarm stuck one side of the bridge. |

Ahhh...Thanks for the info Tanneur. I've been having problems opening/running .per files lately. Still working on it though. I thought the AI saved in the SCN, but I had a complaint on AS1 that they had to go and download the AI's themselves? |

Popeychops, it does not run correctly for you if you play it from the editor with test mode. From Single Player click Standard Game, from Game select Scenario..., and then select the scenario you want to play.
Jas the Mace1, the complaints are from people like Popeychops playing from the editor. Test Mode is a facility to try changes. When the player clicks Test, he does not play your scenario but one by the name 'default'. The change the player did to your scenario is to play it without your AI if it is not in his AI folder to save also to the 'default' scenario. It plays then with the Petersen, the Standard AI.

ow lol
I guess that was my problem with the AI then ;)
I played from editor as well xD
And spelling mistakes? I think I won't say anything about it anymore, since Cilibinarii found some in mine xD |

This was great Jas, lots of fun. I had 373 kills at the end and 17 losses. My ally had 1234 kills and 146 losses.
Again, this was very fun to play. |

I've had a problem when playing this. It seems to be the same one that Popeychops had, but I am playing from where you are supposed to. There is a huge swarm on the other side of the bridge, and nothing happens. When I play it, I get this error message:
AI Script Error
Player 5
File Scirian.per
Line 4824: ERR 2001:Missing Opening Parenthesis
Can anyone help?
Thanks.
EDIT: Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to play this the right way, because it looks really fun. Does anyone know what the problem might be?[Edited on 08/30/11 @ 02:27 PM]

Wallenstein1 - It sounds like the problem people have when they play from the Editor (test) instead of via Single Player.
Unless you have the AI and PER files in your AI folder, the game can't find them from the Editor. Playing from Single Player allows the .scx file to access the proper AI files that were bundled with the scenario. |

I do play from single player, not the editor, and I get that error message, and the same thing happens as when the others played from the editor.[Edited on 08/30/11 @ 02:27 PM]
