For the three triggers, Display as Objective No, Starting State On, and Looping No.
Trigger 0, Condition 0: Timer 1, Effect 0: Change Object Name, Set Objects (click Set Objects and then click El Cid, there will be a green line above him), and write in Message box 'Squall Diaz'. Effect 1: Change Object Attack, Set Objects El Cid (as above), Quantity 50.
Trigger 1, Condition 0: Object Visible, Set Object Attila, Effect 0: Change Object Name (as above 'Lord Gilgutz'), Effect 1, Send Chat, Source Player 1 and write what Attila says into Message.
Trigger 2, Condition 0: Bring Object to Area, Set Object El Cid and Set Area in front of the building, Effect 0: Declare Victory, Source player 1.
To change from Gaia to player 3, you need a condition when that should happen. If in the beginning it is easier to place them as player 3. The Effect would be Change Ownership Source Player Gaia Target player 3 and Set Objects or Set Area. The monk will not change.
Unzip Immobile Units AI Gold to your AI folder and select for player 3 under Personality the AI, do not forget to save your scenario afterwards.

These are very simple to do. Go to the editor and practice doing stuff, just click around the Triggers tab.
Read this first to learn a bit about it.
