An army, four different styles of warfare. All at the your fingertips. Battle for control of a small river in the Water realm, throw in a ruined path spanning from the Northern city to the Southern city. and throw in some cavalry and skimpy walls to defend you. You have quite a fight on your hands..
Then, make your way to the deforested scar running through the middle of the map, spanning form the northern city down to the southern city. Arrows are your friends in this map, use stealth, tricks and ambush to slaughter your enemy and defend your Castle.
And Finally, fight for you and your army's lives in the all-out massacre that is the desert, demolish your enemy's infantry with siege weapons, use your infantry decisively to dodge the incoming missiles, make it past that, then you must take their own cliff-side, then, The wall...
Now you will be doing all four of these battles, at the same time. Take over the enemy's city by any means necessary, Conquer, Destroy the enemy's army any way you want.
(Now for all of the features of the maps: for one, You can only have one of each unit spawning building except Monasteries. and also no trebuchets either, because this map is small enough as it is, and trebuchets just own all.) *Note: I did not put trees in the base, I know, but I gave you 99999 of everything to start, and half the map is made of trees, be creative. Also, in order to get a constant supply of food, I have given you sheep, but as a notice, in order to get more sheep you must first move the sheep out of the area it is in after it spawns, so that more sheep can be created.) Now that I've covered that, this is my first map that I made, I used simple triggers, and small tech capabilities here and there. but overall, it is just a scenario. |

This is my review of this cenario, based on an allout fixed force, named Total War,Conquest.
Playability: 1
The first moments were fairly interesting, but as the batle was over, it became boring and actionlees.Only later on the Enemy would gather resources and begin attack.
Balance: 1
The balance is fairly weak, as after the battle, the player still has some reserve troops to battle the enemy. Also, the enemy has 1 hero, as the player doesn't.
Creativity: 1
This Map lacks of creativity. It is triggerless, and it's practically poorly done. The author putted little work into this scenario. Some triggers would have done it better.
Map Design: 2
The design was poorly done as well, as it consisted of only basic types of terrain, like desert, grass 1 and leaves. However,I liked some small parts of it, especially under the desert mountains, with the deat trees.
Story/Instructions: 2
The story is very short, as it contains only the scenario instructions and the hints. However, those were precise in a small portion. Some dialogues, even a story would have worked fine.
Additional Comments:
This seems like a first scenario. The author should work on the balance and/or the map design.Try adding some terrain mixing, expecially in the desert. |
