There are 4 playable scenarios' in the game , as the first and last ones are cut shots. The first playable scenario ,was not very difficul with lots of walking. The second one is too difficult , i was about to give up on it after a dozen try's.At the beginning , a cutshot brings you to a village that's being invaded ,then the hero urges you to escape to the east ,, and ,, and ,, if you don't do it right away ,you die . There are archers that quickly move in ,, and they have an amazint 450 HP ,and a 98 attack( save often). When and if, you make it to your town , i suggest you build at least 4 castles and lots of towers , then fill them .As soon as you attack that town you are going to be hit with lots of those archers from hell, and they will pull down a castle in a matter of seconds. The next scenario Would have been ok, if you didnt have your population set at 200 ,and your opponent attacked . The last one i finally gave up on , maybe i missed something ,not sure. Your suppose to be collecting potions , but all i got was one , and sore feet from walking 200 miles over the map. I clicked on every thing and everybody, maybe a trigger didn,t fire?
Playability: I found the second playable scenario quite a challange ,enjoyed it actually. What detracted a lot was the lack of instruction ,, and paths in the map, which made for a lot of walking.
Balance : Not very good , as mentioned too easy ,, too hard.
Creativity: Not bad in the way of creativity , there were obviously lots of triggers. not sure if they all fired tho.
Map design: The map is pretty much like a random map , which is usually marked as a 3.
Story/Instruction: More effort could have been used here , as sometimes your not quite sure where to go , so you trek off and walk blindly over the map until find your destination.
Personally i did not regret downloading especiallly because of that one scenario.
