One civ I think is left out is Hungary-a major power in the late middle ages, it fought the Ottomans for a long time but in the end fell.
So here's my Hungarian Outline.
The Hungarians:
(cavalry civilization)
Cavalry have +20 hitpoints and +3 speed.
Buildings have -10% hitpoints.
Skirmishers have +3 speed and +4 attack vs infantry.
All cavalry upgrades are -30%cost
Parthian Tactics is automatically researched when you advance to the Castle Age.
UU-Snzekely(don't know spelling)-mounted archer, very fast, very good attack, low armor, bonus vs heavily amored units (like Paladins, Champions, etc)
The Russians:
(light cavalry civilization)
Hussars and Light Cavalry have +5 speed and +3 attack
Light Cavalry upgrade is already researched at the start of the game
Hussars are 20%cheaper
UU-Boyar-fast cavalry with medium attack and medium defense bonus vs archers and light infantry
The Moors:
(economic civilization)
University upgrades -305 cost
Trade carts are 1/2 cost
Camels have +10HP +2 speed and +5attack
Trade carts generate gold quicker
Camels have a little trample damage
UU-Berber camel-good speed and attack with medium armor, bonus vs cavalry and other camels
