Ahh yes.... I don't know where the inpiration for this post came, but I felt like writing about this topic. What do you guys think about it?

Lying. People often lie to get themselves out of a bad jam or even to avoid trouble with the law. People thinkg that they will be better off if they tell one 'little white lie' but then that 'little white lie' can often lead into bigger lies and soon the person is in a mess of trouble.. Do you thnk your better off lying or telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth or would you risk lying and hope you dont get caught? Me, I'd tell the truth because I've had lies bite me in the butt before.. Not fun at all.

This is all, that is it.

I think lying is bad.

Now, try and figure out whether or not I'm lying about that.

I'm a compulsive liar.

Or is the above a lie?

Or the middle sentence a lie?

Uh, well, I suppose people shouldn't, and a perfect person wouldn't need to, but no one's perfect.

Lying to get yourself out of trouble, so that no one else is affected in a negative way is acceptable.

Lying for the sake of it, or to hurt someone, physically, mentally, or financially, though, is not something I'd want to do.

I lie if it will make a situation better, or sometyhing along those lines. But i'd much rather tell the truth about what i think, but in general lying is pretty much on the darkside.
