South American Revolutionary Army:
I certainly respect the fragile ego's of those people who want to play European nations. Always playing from power. European colonization is the seed of modern civilizations and is certainly something to be proud of, but not a reason to exclude other DYNAMIC GAME play, which includes the introduction of a South American Revolutionary Army. Essentially, unlike their revolutionary patriots in the north, Simon Bolivar and his armies fought against well trained and equipped Spanish Army with weapons not unlike what the Inca's fought with some 300 years earlier. But this time they won. Reasons include tactical usage of the terrain, but mostly it was pure guts and morale they derived from their leaders. And unlike the Inca's the colonist where always outnumbered. So this was an incredible feat that only the cleverest of gamers can reproduce in real multi-player situations. But it is possible. My point why deny someone that challenge.
BERESERK mode:
In terms of game play morale can be switched to the ability to fight in berserk mode. As a suggesting, the introduction of "drugs" which warriors of the Amazon often used before going into battle to allow them to become intolerant to pain and fear.
Japan
Side note on Japan, I apologize for introducing them into the mix. I am not informed enough to make a case for them, but one can conclude this fact, the British did invade China, but they did not invade Japan. It does say something about the strength of the Japanese civilization during that time period.
