That is right I have AOE3 and Quake 4. You know I was thinking about buying FEAR too, but then I said to myself, "Jeff in the past month you have spent 2000 dollars on recreational equipment". You know new pc and skis and games and such. I won't be eating for a while, I will tell you that.
For those of you who think I will never post here again, you are wrong. For those of you who are hoping I will never post here again... sorry dude I am better than you.
Man, I am afraid of aoe3h, a new forum with new people. What if they think they are better than me (which they aren't)??
I say aro makes us an aoe3 forum and we just stick with this community... but zen wouldn't like that.

Why do games companys aways ignore Europe?
Microsoft and Ensemble Studios are both based in the United States; that means they can get them on our shelves quicker because that's where the gold CD gets sent first.
If they "ignored" Europe, they wouldn't release it for Europe at all.

Few things to say: Aro sucks for not playing with Gordo and me last night.
I am 11:2 so far online in aoe3. Both my losses have come to gordo. Of the 11 wins I would say 3 were actually a challenge. The rest was me beating up on rookies who were dumb enough to come into my games. Still not a bad record regardless of who your playing. I ended up giving points after most of my games.
My lucky album to listen to is the White Album which is utterly amazing. Probably because it starts with Back in the USSR and I play as the russians.

I am 3-1, but I should really be 3-0-1 because my ally dropped and I resigned so it gave up the win.
And one of my wins was vs the Mortus folk with Gordon, tee hee.

I'm afraid of Gordon now. You, though, don't seem that tough.
I'm afraid of Hairic too, just because he's in TOAO.

You got lucky. That is why you won.
I am 14:2 now. Kicking ass and taking names.
My new computer needs to get here fast because this one is currently in an epic battle against viruses and spyware. It is like heaven vs hell in my computer. The archangels Spybot Adaware and Symantec are combatting the evil forces of hell and other lesser demons in my pc. I just put holy water on the motherboard, that seems to have help.

I was playing this spanish guy and he had a war dog named Gordo. I laughed.

Gordo needs to stop being so beastly in the Age games.
What's sad is I'm not really that good. It's just there are a ton of n00blars out there.
Plus TOAO's been discussing strats and builds and stuff since the demo came out, so I suppose some of us have an edge on people who just bought it a day ago...
But really the insanely good people will be all the AoC experts and maybe a few of the AoM/AoT top top experts. I can't wait till the first big tournament where I can get all the nifty recs.

I have the same problem. My two losses were to gordo, everyone else I play royally sucks. This one guy comes into a game I made who was lvl 23 and I was excited because it would be a challenge, and he leaves telling me it wouldn't be fair.
Oh, 21:2. If they would ever update the Russian Wins Ladder I would be number 2, but then again I bet other people have won some.

I just played the most pwnage game I've had since I got AoE3. I lost, but I actually stood a chance.

Seriously, is it possible to win or lose nowadays without 'pwning' or 'getting pwned'? The word is losing its true meaning When Daut plays me and kills my feudal army with skirms/archers/scouts, he doesn't pwn me. When Daut plays me and kills my feudal army with elite war elephants, he pwns me. A distinct difference.
•Qazitory• •AoE3 rating: Qazitory• •My AoE3:TWC mods: QazUI - Treasure - Main Menu - Low Lag HC - Deck selection• •Guide my keystrokes, keep my programs alive, protect me from viruses, back up my drive.•

If you'd played on ESO2 you'd know that what we're discussing here IS "pwning".
I dunno if you ever played AoM on ESO (the first ESO), but you're looking at the same sort of thing... except without ratings so you can't tell that they're horrible, they just are most of the time. It's like everyone's a 1600... Heck, Wartz (who's like 1600 at best at AoC) beat a 1850 AoM player.
Even people who seem to have been decent AoM or AoC players really aren't that good at AoE3 yet because they're still figuring it out. For those of us who have multiple builds (though it's hard to use strict "builds" like AoC style in this game, but I mean a general way to get to Colonial at a certain time with a certain amount of resources), have played enough games to figure out counters and how to use them, figuring out which cards in what order is usually best, etc. playing against people who don't know that stuff is pretty easy.
Of course, now everyone's learning, but I'm hoping there's still a little while I can mass uhlans and have them let me kill muskets with them because they don't switch them to melee... or try to use muskets against massed strelets... or not know just how powerful a couple of cannons are against a Colonial army of all infantry.
