Besides the obvious "Play AoK online" and "start a SD project", that is.

This is because I will have many long gaps between classes at university (and don't bother suggesting "homework") once September hits, and I cannot play AoK online at school (I still haven't figured out why not from last year ).

Try Rachmaninoff Prelude in c#
That piece is incredible. I seriously doubt I could ever learn it.

But thanks for the suggestion. I'm still going to try and learn some other classical masterpieces, though.
Piano's underrated
QFT. There isn't nearly as much piano in modern music as there should be (IMHO), since it can create a wide range of feelings, moods, etc. The possibilities are endless.
mess with photoshop, flash studio and such things, then post everything in deviantart or newgrounds.
Unfortunately, I've never been much of an artist.

sly_guy, if you just keep drawing then you'll develop your own style. That's what tends to happen to people on deviantart, and people think their styles are great (either that or that people just find it distasteful to say anything besides "Good Work", "Well done" "Great" or "NICE BOOBS!"). Of course, doesn't matter what you draw just that hopefully you'll have enough imagination to draw certain parts of say the face in a different way. Just be sure not to humiliate yourself by showing people until you are confident you are able to replicate your style with ease.

I have really got to get past this pornographic "phase" i'm having!

I thought of posting a long talk here, but it's for the music thread.

Remind me there.

Anyone who thinks pianos sound boring, listen to any Bach Italian Concerto, and tell me that doesn't sound at least VAGUELY interesting. Guitars have like no range at all compared to most other (non-band) instruments.

Synthetic Keyboards are pretty good for SD stuff, I suppose...but probably not for live performance when you need the piano's vibes.
