...he/she/it can be from anywhere, movies, TV shows, cartoons, anything!
My (current) favourite has gotta be Pintsize, the lovable and mischievous ArthroPC from Questionable Content. There's nothing the little guy can't do - or at least try to do, and hilarity almost always ensues!
My favourite *actual person* is that of Dr. Spencer Reid, played by Matthew Gray Gubler in Criminal Minds, closely followed by Peter Gallagher's Sandy Cohen and Adam Brody's Seth Cohen, both from The O.C.
Now, spill. All of it.

Ladies and Gentlemen, wear sunscreen. If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be IT. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience.

Kramer, from Seinfeld. He's a random loser goofball who manages to command the set every time he's on it. The way he dresses is also, by all means, old-school.
@ Morgoth's Heath Ledger/Joker rant You're wrong.

Constantin the 11. Died as the last Roman Emperor at the gates of Constantinople! Or Trajan, under his rule Rome expanded right to the Persian Golf.

No, I mean Cobra's avatar.
Oh, I don't know either. I just thought it looked cool.
Actual People? Drake, Josh and I suppose Miranda Cosgrove. Now, when it comes to cartoons i'll go with Spongebob, Patrick and probably Sokka off of Avatar.

I'm sure you were disappointed knowing she didn't appear in many episodes . Have to say though, the whole Zutara thing has gone insane. There's nothing wrong with shipping but the ZukoxKatara fangirls are just annoying to the point where i'd love to shoot a bullet in their head. Or they can get their head out of their ass and face the facts about what really happened.

Favorite fictional charater is Mace Windu, by a mile. I mean, how much more bad-ass can you get than Samuel L. Jackson with a lightsaber?
