To be honest, Moff, I'm really not too sure. The problem is that Hiter is still a very grave issue in Europe and although that is less so in the UK and even less so again in the States, I don't think that we can look to Brooks' view as one that's too acceptable in this environment. It's one thing to argue on here (and I would have no problem with this) why Hitler could be looked upon in a humorous light, but it is very much another to go ahead and out-right portray him in such a way when that could be deemed rightfully offensive.

Moff crossed a serious line when he made that splash splash, he needs to accept that and move on, anne frankly I was really really quite offended.
