Hi guys, im thinking of starting a thread or writing an article about some map designing assessment and i think i need some feedback first about technical details. I want to combine a number of 1:1 full map cutdowns combined with traditional screenshots. The full map map cutdowns cost 5+ meg each after being harshly reduced and the screenshots ussually 1 meg. If i had half a dozen full maps and several dozen screenshots in one article it would already be 70-80 MB just to load the thread (!!!) is this a major nono? I mean most internet connections nowadays and web browsers should be able to cope, or atleast mine can, but i think id better ask you guys because i havnt made anything like this before and i dont exactly know what im doing
