By easy understanding , Frame Rate is fast and slow in play animation per count angle.
Some animated many of which have a value that is not appropriate Frame Rate. The easiest example is when Siege Onager attack, when viewed carefully, animation when attacking only run an instant.
Here's a small step to determine the Frame Rate, I take the example of the Conquistador.
1. Open Advanced Genie Editor 2016.
2. Go to the Graphics tab.
3. Then type "Conqi" in the search.
4. Select Conqi_WN.
5. I will change the FR of Conqi_WN and Conqi_DN, because the Conquistador animation looks too fast.
6. See, Conqi_WN have frames per Angle = 14, with Frame Rate = 0.06975, and Conqi_DN had Frames per Angle = 14, with Frame Rate = 0.1
7. I will make Frame Rate Conqi_WN and Conqi_DN have a suitable value. By using the concept of "Turned Comparison Value" is easily going to be the formula as below;
I will enter its value ->
For Conqi_WN
(10 x 12:11): 14 = 0.07857
Then copy the result into the Frame Rate of Conqi_WN.
For Conqi_DN
(10 x 0185): 14 = 0.1321
Then copy the result into the Frame Rate of Conqi_DN.
Some default values
*** _ WN
1.1, 0.8, 0.6975, 0.7333
*** _ DN
1.25, 1.85 (Cavalry unit), 1.1
*** _ AN
0.9, 0:13
*** _ FN
FR dafault _FN has a value that is different, depending on how the animation.
Value - the value of the default FR sometimes not always right, try to change the value FR corresponding manually, you can add or you subtract -0.05 +0.05.
8. After that, save the changes and test it.
