Question: On your opinion, what kind of civilization, and map, would be better for a player that is triyng to break into rushing?
For map... Well, honestly, probably Arabia. And for civilization, there are a lot of options, but I feel the Huns would be a good one. There really isnt much the Huns cant do well on the Feudal Age, and retroactivelly, they are so bad on the Imperial Age that it kind of penalizes you for not rushing. So, if you want to learn how to best rush...

The "standard" rushing map is, of course, Arabia, and it doesn't hurt to practice on it. You have a wide variety of land rushes open, and walling is hard, so early offense is key.
Other good maps that require a bit more thought include highland, Yucatan, Mongolia, and Scandinavia. Except for Mongolia, they all have a little water, which may or may not affect land warfare. They are slightly easier to wall than Arabia, but a decently fast rush will still win the day. Yucatan has double all resources, making it even easier to be faster, no matter what civilization you are. Scandinavia has no berries, but increased hunting and fishing. It can also be hard to wall, depending on the map.
If you want cruel, look at custom maps border dispute or Atacama. The former starts town centers about 7-12 tiles from each other, with resources scattered outward toward the edge of the map. You will rarely reach imperial age. Atacama is like Arabia that is even harder to wall, with very small patches of trees everywhere and no obvious choke points.
Other interesting options include oasis and ghost lake, which have extra sheep, are hard to wall, and encourage rushing.
As far as civilizations go:
Aztecs, Mayans, and Huns are the three top rushing civilizations, for obvious reasons. I do think they spoil you, however, if your object is primarily to train. I personally recommend the Vikings. They have no dark age bonus, and their economic bonuses really take off in feudal and castle ages. On top of that, they have a very weak late-game. They will force you to go for a fast feudal age to take advantage of their economic power, and to go all out fast or die.
Japanese are another good option. They are like a stronger, slower Viking, with a similar tech tree.
If you want to give yourself a challenge, go for Koreans, whose only rushing bonus is stone mining for tower rushes. If you can do any other type of rush with them, you are prepared for any civilization. If you have expansions, Magyars are also good for practicing rushes.
