Changing names, HP, attack, damaging objects, destroying objects, etc., all have the set object command, but, you still have to make a separate condition/effect for each object, although the button states set objects. You have to make a separate condition/effect if you want more than one, but same event to take place, but with a different object. Why is that, if the button to set the object states set objects (with an 's'), but you really can't set objects, rather a single object?
*I hope ES releases another patch to make it that you can set objects, rather than a single object.

Now that ES has released another patch (which only gets rid of the use of the trainer), I don't think ES will be releasing any more patches. My post is useless, I say! AAAHH!

Um, actually, you can Set Objects. When your playing the game, when you click on a unit, you select one unit. If you drag a box around them, you select mulutiple units. Same thing with the Scenario Editor. Drag a box around the units you wish to set.

What if the unit is not on the screen, but will be during gameplay?

That's "Set Area" in which you can decide how big the shaded area is by clicking-holding-and dragging the mouse. Kinda of like the box thingy. You can even the set the area to the whole screen.

I got it! Don't answer my last post. I found out how to change the names of multiple units, in one effect.
I knew I should have tried first!

You can set objects if you double click on that object and there are other objects of the same type and player. If the same type units are in the same screen as the object you are setting.

You can just control-click them all. But first you need to change to their player (uder Units).
I tried that. It doesn't work. For changing names, there is no option of what player to change the name of.

To change the name of different units, whether they be anywhere on the map, you need to hold control and draw a small box around each unit, instead of just clicking on them. If you just click, or even control-click, the first unit selected would be the only one to have its name/HP/Attack changed. When you are drawing a box, the unit doesn't get selected, unless, you leat go of the mouse button. This effect works with freeze/stop unit, too.
Thank you for your answers, but neither of them seem to work. Try this, instead. This is GUARANTEED to work.
