"Weep, my people:
know that with these disasters
we have lost the Mexican nation.
The water has turned bitter,
our food is bitter!
These are the acts of the Giver of Life" - Aztec song circa 1530

The proud Aztec civilization has fallen. The Spanish rule the city of Tenochtitlan and have reduced the valiant eagle and jaguar warriors to slaves in mines and plantations. The first Spanish colonists are arriving from Cuba, settling in former Aztec lands. Times are changing rapidly and the Aztecs, beaten, enslaved, and diseased, are being wiped out...

A small group of men, however, can not let this change happen. Armed with obsidan blades, they fight a last ditch battle with the invaders, struggling to survive. They know they will not be able to win but they just do not want to lose... at least not yet...

I hope you enjoy this campaign. I have been designing for nearly four years now, since the days of AoE but this will probably be my last campaign with this series. I hope it is enjoyed by many people.

Sounds great, I'm going to reinstall AoK again
Anyway, I hope you'll design for AoM or another game, a talent like you shouldn't be lost.

AoM is too steep for me. I'm kind of poor and I won't be able to afford to get a whole new computer for that game. Also I'm going to college soon hopefully after joining the Reserves... and my creativity now is in my rapping and I want to go somewhere with that or at least try to get somewhere. If in a few years, you hear of a rapper coming out of Philly named, yall know its me

Thanks for the props though, Rodrigo

Only 67 downloads? Someone's campaign called "Dude Where's My Horse?" that came out after mine has more downloads... you're disappointing me people

The two of you are more or less equal in download terms Al_Kharn.

It's kind of sad, that satires or tongue-in-cheek scenarios seem to catch more attention than ordinary, serious ones these days. Unless of course, you made a masterpiece.

It's always sad when an olie leaves...

I gotta say that I won't download the scenario...No offense Al Kharn!

It's just that I'm not so interested in South-American history.

"Especially awe-inspiring is the fact that any single brain is made up of atoms that were forged in the hearts of countless stars billions of years ago... These atoms now form a conglomerate Ė your brain Ė that can not only ponder the very stars that gave it birth but can also think about its own ability to think and wonder about its own ability to wonder. Farewell Al_Kharn the Great!

Thanks too, I'm sure I will enjoy it. I am in the middle of a project, but will write you after I've played.

alright I'll bump this up plus I'll leave you with a three verse song... peep the real **** right here. Everything is the truth. It also kind of explains my long absences from this site... I got to hustle and **** lol

In My Building...

I sit back and peep the eviction notice,
My lips smack on rolled weed, I lit some roaches,
No whips, stacks, or rolling in jeeps with clips, Iím homeless,
Bit my fat lip, knowing I need sleep and a home of bliss,
Three murdered in my building, police here all week,
They observe us and the children, no peace, I got to sneak,
Aint heard they shriek but they ask us different questions,
Word on the street, they got passed from a Smith and Wesson,
Peeped my mom being interviewed on the evening news,
But she didnít know about the sin and feud of the thieving fools,
Too busy with gin and juice, now leaving church pews cold,
The indo fumes had them cheating curfew for hold,
They got shot on the first floor over sex and women,
Now on the block, the hearse door opens cause of latex sinning,
But the world donít care about the capping in my building,
As herb fills the air, whatíll happen to the children?

I pack my few bags and wrap my doo rag,
Grab my slew of cash stacked in my shoe, it pads,
My mad steps like I walk around strung above papers,
No half steps, I toss down the blunt, I donít love vapors,
My lungs avoid the temptation, donít need hemp hazing,
Young boys attempt fading, weed sent them blazing,
Instead I sleep, scheming on a mattress on the floor,
Or not in bed, Iím deep dreaming at this locked door,
Cause my mom kicked me out, she sick in the head,
I could hit the bricks and shout, take it from the hip to the head,
But Iím a take a trip instead, donít need to lay dead,
I regret I made her lip bled, now weed letís me stay fed,
I aint need roaches on glue traps but now I sleep much worse,
I try not to load this and blow gats, but I was beat since birth,
Alone, I try to make chedder with scripts and bootlegs,
Iím due bread and better but Iíll trip if I shoot legs.

Iím staying in the building, my heart is a part of the block,
Peep playing children in the parking lot,
Watch out for the cars, so they switch to the hallway,
Got out but beware, they itch to be rich, they fall this way,
Hear the cry of a childís lungs cause he not eating,
Tears til I die, was wild and younger being beaten,
I stare, heard them, they heard me, neighbours in the building,
A pair of basterds akin, words stay slurred cause we grinning,
Canít help it, my lips is swollen, pounds got over and found their mark,
Lack souls in their heart, sounds blocked when Hovaís songs downstairs start,
They ignore the pain, drink bud and smoke, bent in the stairway,
Store the rain but sink in the flood, it aint fair this way,
Wearing white tees and rags on their nappy domes,
Not caring itís only whities relaxing in happy homes,
Fight for stacks and panic, living trife and sinning,
Whites, blacks, and hispanics, living life in my building.

Someone's campaign called "Dude Where's My Horse?"

That was Mickey Sommers' campaign...It was pretty good considering the short time it was made in.

I took the time to play some of your scenario, and its pretty good. The map was pretty cool, but it looked like a random map, so I give it a 3. The story was great, 5. Balance was kinda easy, 4. Playability was questionable because alot of triggers relied on the user to make them work, when they should just work no matter what, so I found myself getting lost frequently, 2. Creativity was mediocre, the story was creative, but there were no neat triggers or anything, 3.
Overall: 3.4 (but this is just MY rating, that is why i didn't actually post it.)
