if you just converted it by adding .jpg to the end of the file name, that won't work. Use MS Paint and do save as. If necessary, decrease the quality
thats what i did. I dont think i want to reduce the quality, it might make it look crappy.

if you reduce it like 10% it doesn't affect quality much but reduces the file size a lot.
Ummm.....how do you reduce the quality? Yes, i know...I am a total newbie at using computers...

JPEG should reduce the quality.
If you have Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop it should be extremely easy to lower the quality.

Paint?? That is quite possibly the worst converter out there! Try using something better, like Irfanview or MS Photo Editor, that comes with Office 97 of higher.

Paint is a good editor, but an awful converter.

Use Giffy to convert it into gif! it won't reduce quality.
Or use Adobe Photoshop and save it as jpeg at quality 8+, it will still reduce quality but not as much as you can see it.
