Call me a forum newb, but can anybody tell me explicitly how to do those color spectrums on signatures? I tried looking at the Forum FAQ but the answer I was looking for wasn't there.

Plz, all I'm looking for an anwser not a discussion. I'd be the happiest with just a few and thorough answers. If you want to say this is newbish plz don't waste your keyboard on that here.

Thank You!

Look in the UBB code reference on Heavengames.com, home page. Scroll down until you see "UBB Code Reference".

Problem solved

what i did (my sig is ugly but I could do better) was make each letter a different color using the # format, such as this for red (#FF0000): Wazup Here's a site with all the format for different colors:

you mean a fade effect like this?

Edit my post to see how I did it, that's the simplest way. Replace the numbers with codes for the colors you want to fade. Mickey, your way takes a long time and doesn't make a fade

it didn't take that long for me.

But yes, your way is much better.

Thank you very much Paul. I was wondering how those fades looked so good.

You can Mickey, just seperate your fades and it will turn out nicely.

See the "test" was actually this...

[c=000000-0000FF]aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa[/c][c=0000FF-FF7F50]aaaaaaaaaaaaaa[/c]

took me a while to find out too, I tried to do a manual fade in my old sig

You can't do 3 colors in a fade unless you do multiple fade codes
