I assume you mean a scenario based on the movie the "Seven Samurai" by Kurosawa. If so, that sounds like quite a good idea. Make it, and I'll definitely give it a try.
Oh, and here's a few ideas.
1)Just like in the movie, set it in a small village with about 50 or so villagers and only seven samurai besieged by brigands on horse back (e.i. Horse Archers, Cavalry, etc.). Then, just set a time limit for how long the village has to stay intact to win.
2)Instead of towers and castles (which would be a bit unrealistic for a small village), have multiple T.C.s for the villies to shoot from and maybe some palisades. Then, just have the brigands make several attempts to breach the walls at timed intervals.
3)Just to make it extra realistic (and extra hard) have neither resource collection nor unit training capabilites (on either side). You'll have to win with what you got.
Oh, one more thing. In the movie, only 3 of the samurai die. So, maybe there can be a limit to how many samurai can die or possibly have a few "main" samurai that must live.

The limit is in the language
