A nice touch is to make the guy say something if the person doesn't have enough money.
Do another trigger. Call it "no money" or something similar.
Make sure this trigger is below the first in the trigger list.
Condition 1 Object selected tree
Effect 1 display instructions (what ever message you want)
Then add this to the first trigger
Effect 2 disable trigger "no money"
This trigger will not fire if the first does and adds a whole new dimension
